Russian Unwired Technologies have released version 2 of their multi-platform mobile ringtone conversion engine called Ringtone Creator.

Compatible with over 200 different cell phone models, it is capable of processing all major monophonic and polyphonic ringtone formats, like (SP-)MIDI, SMAF, IMelody, Nokia, WAVE, to name a few. This version introduces support for SMAF Phrases and flexible means of adjusting ringtone volume.

Priced at 100 Euros, Ringtone Creator can be used as a stand-alone tool or integrated with other software applications.
