Wataniya Telecom has announced an MMS service offering Arabic cartoons and comics to mobile users in Kuwait.

Called 'Action', subscribers will receive a weekly MMS cartoon. Until October 2003 customers will be able to access all Action services with unlimited service for a special promotional price.

The second and leading GSM mobile operator in the State of Kuwait, Wataniya Telecom recently expanded internationally in November 2002 by acquiring 50 percent of the second licensed mobile telecommunications operator in Tunisia (commercially known as Tunisiana). It has over 740,000 subscribers in Kuwait and 230,000 in Tunisia,
